By registering, submitting abstracts, or attending any Quantex Conferences event, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms. Compliance ensures fairness and smooth coordination of global academic activities.
Quantex Conferences reserves the right to modify conference programs, speakers, session formats, or schedules when necessary to uphold academic quality and operational effectiveness.
The organizer shall not be held liable for postponements or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, public health emergencies, or regulatory restrictions.
In rare and unavoidable circumstances requiring cancellation, Quantex Conferences will notify registered participants through official communication channels. Organizer liability is limited to such notification.
Registrations remain valid for rescheduled dates or future editions if an event is postponed. Registration transfers may be permitted at the organizer’s discretion. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
Participants are responsible for monitoring official conference updates, emails, and announcements. Quantex Conferences shall not be liable for missed information due to outdated contact details.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
